Digital TV Promotions for Premier Package

Hi,

I want to know if there's a available deal/promo I can apply to if I want to upgrade from Popular TV to Premier TV (digital TV)?
I currently have Popular Digital TV and Ignite Internet 150. At least for a few months until the technician install for Ignite resume.

And yes, I did search for similar topic in the forum, I didn't find any.
