Hi,
I’m very frustrated with the service, process or whatsoever with Rogers!!!!
I have returned the device 4 months ago, get charged (even I returned before it was expired), contacted the agents 7 times, three different cased created, STILL NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!
What is going on with Rogers beside the massive service outage since spring????

We appreciate your post and thank you for your patience. Once we do receive the equipment and it is confirmed, you should get a refund back on your account. When you last contacted, were you advised that the case was still open or had it been closed?

Review the bills of JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2023, you should see the issue immediately, I was charged for $440, never get the credit as I suppose to receive it.
Give me the money, that’s my money, give me and I’ll go to different vendor! You guys are terrible, lack of skills to resolve the problems! I have no time for this, I’m fed up with Rogers!!!!

@phuongtrangia83 : I guess you didn't read post 2 of this thread with instructions on what to do - send a PM. I'll include those instructions in an alternate manner below:
When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps . On the page that comes up, you'll see a link on the top right of the screen to "send a message". If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it. There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account. Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
When logged into the forum, check the envelope icon at the top right of the screen for messages. You would usually also receive an e-mail that you have a PM, but it may have ended up in your spam folder...

Another 1-hour call last Wednesday, Dec 13, a new case has been created again! The agent (named Ashley?!) also said: I promise it will be fixed in two business days, don’t call us, let me call you, this is my case, I’ll call you on Friday, what’s the best time for you to talk? You will get your money back in your credit card or as a credit! Bla bla…. 1 week later…. Still NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY? You own me $440, that’s my money!!!!! Such a broken customer service, a broken software system, the software engineers and designers should be ashamed by themselves since you developed a broken system!!!!! Where is my $440!!!! A horrible company!

The REAL issue is: let’s make it simple and keep the promise!!!!!
The private message with you guys is useless, many times I have contacted you guys privately in the last 4.5 months, STILL NOTHING HAPPENS! A lot of time and calls, and promises, and now what?!!!!
Putting on stuff like this online is the last thing I wanted to do, remember that!
You guys must be the one who need to understand what the REAL ISSUE IS!!!!
The reference Id sent above but that case was closed for NOTHING?!?!
Another one has been created last week, your college promised again and again!
BUT, where is my money!!!!
That’s the REAL ISSUE!
