I've been around
This is crazy I’ve been trying to speak to the right customer service agent to fix an issue with my account and after waiting hours and keep being transfer to different departments and being hanged up different times this is my last effort to try to get some help with an hardware upgrade issue on my account… if anyone knows how I can speak to someone that would call me back if the call gets cut (which happens often) please help me out with any information If I can’t get help any help I’m definitely transferring to bell.
