Super Frustrated with Reps on Phone:
I've tried every way to call someone at Rogers. There are huge language barriers. Things as simple as understanding the difference between the word 'device' and 'plan'.
I've been with Rogers for 20 years, my phone is my primary business device and I'm finding it harder and harder to get a proper deal. I've had my partner negotiate a new phone at 0 cost an additional 40gbs of data for $55 a month inclusive of taxes.
