I have had many problems with ignite, 2 weeks ago I spent 2 hrs on phone with the tv blacking out & turning off by itself, finally decided to send me a new black box that of course never came &that’s been about 2 weeks
This week I have a problem with there billing, we got an email bill every month but 2 months ago they stopped sending the bill on email, I guess I’m suppose to look for it on their site, spent an hour on site asking for them to send me a bill & they promised I would be getting it by email very soon, it’s the next day now with no bill on email
They are very bad at customer service😒
