So disappointed with Rogers
Had an issue with a $500 charge After
30 years as a customer all this company could offer me was $150 while it took two phone calls and a couple of hours of my time.
A special company to deal with.
Hello Bell. Probably not much better but at this point anything is better than rogers

Thank you for your feedback. Based on what you've shared I can tell it's been a less than ideal experience for you.
Can you please elaborate a little about the $500 charge? Was it a usage charge or for a hardware (a cellphone or a TV box box etc.) one. I am hopeful my colleagues did try their best to assist you. If there is anything we can do to turn the experience around please let us know.
