Hi,
I recently returned the router because of moving. I received a confirmation email for shipping from Rogers. Canada Post tracker said Rogers received it on July 30th. According the confirmation email, Rogers will send another confirmation email when they receive the shipment. However, I did not receive any email from Rogers. Just make sure, I want to know my returning process was done.

It can take a few days for us to officially return a modem into our inventory once it is sent to our warehouse, however it doesn't usually take this long. Have you checked your junk/spam folders of your email to see if the confirmation email landed there?

Hi,
I checked the spam and trash folders as well, but there is no email from Rogers. It's already been a month, and there are still no equipment charges on my Rogers account. Can you check the return process if I provide the information?
