Charged for the Returned Loaner Phone

I recently had my phone repaired by Rogers under warranty. While mine was in being repaired, I was given a loaner phone. When I received my phone back, I returned the loaner phone in the box and the tracking number has shown it was returned and signed for.
Now on my bill (3 months after the phone was returned) I got a charge saying it wasn't returned.

you have a tracking number that confirms you returned it, so just dispute the charge, all the evidence is in your favour, so just call in and dispute it
