Charged for International Calls

I bought a phone from Best Buy by switching to Fido Rogers. Even though I didn't make any international calls this month, they charged me $150. I have 2 lines, one is Turkish and the other is Canadian. I have never had such a problem with fido. I expect the necessary support to be given to me.
