Can't find my account number anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!

I switched carreer from Fido to Rogers yesterday and when I went to sign up with myrogers using the new sim, it asked me to enter my account number. How will I enter my account number if Rogers can't send me the full number without hiding it partially? Where am I suppose to find it? Please help me out I am trying to find this stupid number for 3 hours.
