Unit number of new home address is unavailable

I have been using Rogers since almost 7 months now. I'll moving to a new address soon.
The new house is a semi-detached built on an old lot. So the unit number is new. I'm trying to change my billing address, but its not showing that unit number in the drop down. Other addresses with that Pin code are present. I'm currently out of country, so can't call the customer care. But need to get this updated before reaching back to Canada.
