Billing issue

I've been around

I switched from legacy cable to infinity end of Jan 2025.  Received my first infinity invoice in Feb 2025 AND also billed for my legacy service in Feb 2025.   Called support was advised we were not charged for the cancelation of legacy as we moved over to Infinity.  However Roger’s will not credit us for their Feb legacy service.   In all our billing experiences we have been billed at the beginning of the month for that month service.  We are retired and can’t afford to pay double. Can someone please help us.
