I had gotten an apple watch from best buy with my rogers account, now days later when I see my bill, I have a Samsung watch also added on there for some reason, a device that I had never opted for or even bought was on my account! Why? The device however shows cancelled on my account and the bill, but there is a charge of about $68.36 some dollars for an activation fee, have called the support, chatted with them, been on hold for more than an hour, with no solution at all! How could I be charged on a service that I never took?

I am going to assume, based on the info you have shared, that the $60 + taxes is the activation fee. It may have generated with the Samsung watch activation.
