I've been around

Rogers is saying I owe them money,all my payments are up to date,its all recorded through my bank,my bank is now involved with Rogers to correct the problem,cant get to speak with anyone in there credit dept unless you want to stay on hold for 2hrs,really thats great customer service,and now they are increasing my pkg from $126 to $245, not happening, switching to Bell as of tomorrow,I will never again have nothing to do with Rogers

Thank you for joining our Community and posting your concern. It's understandably frustrating to be told you owe money when your payments are up to date. It's possible your service had a promotion that expired and pushed your package to in-market pricing.
