Bad Weather Affecting Service

cdoull
I've been around

Every time it gets windy my internet service is affected, sometime for days. I call Rogers support and frequently am on hold for more than an hour only to be told something not helpful and sometimes nonsensical.

This is often due to a poor connection in the line to your home. Either the main line or the line from the main line to your house.  I assume that the lines are above ground.  This will need to be solved by an outside technician. Perhaps you can get Rogers to monitor your area and your home.  This can be done.
