By the time we are done dealing with the system you have a VERY frustrated and irate customer on the line

I know the wait times have been less than ideal recently. Are you referring to your experience with chat or over the phone? Over the phone prompts are in place to ensure our customers are directed to the right team. Anna is our virtual assistant (chatbot) available 24/7, to help you find answers to your questions about our products and services. However you're still able to to speak with a human agent at any time during your chat session with Anna.
