Surprised cancellation fee. Just want to pass of information to anyone thinking of signing up at Rogers. Was offered a package with Rogers home, internet and tv in December of 2024. Was a good package with a credit. Was informed I could cancel anytime but would not get the credit until after several months of payment. Had a horrendous time with Rogers adjusting my plan and cost in the first week with Rogers. Had almost a dozen of calls with them, with wait times of almost 2 hours on many of the calls. Was fed up and cancelled in February 2025. Was SHOCKED that in the contract, Rogers had a cancellation fee of $20 each month up till $480. This was NEVER explained to me at time of sign-up. I was even informed that there was no charge in cancellation. I want to pass on this experience for anyone thinking of signing with Rogers. I will definitely not be going back!
