Hi @rcnu2004,
Welcome to the Community!
If you cancel your services before the length of the term ends, you will be billed an early cancellation fee. This information would've been communicated to you when you were activating/renewing your services.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Can you tell me what I need to do or how you had this resolved? I am also moving to an area where Rogers is not available. I am waiting for a call back from a manager. Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated!

I am in the same boat, moving to a Rogers non serviceable area in GTA and still have 1 year left on my contract. Can you please confirm how did you get rid of rogers ECF?

Incorrect, I got my 2 year Ignite Internet contract through your store at the atrium where I had specifically asked the representative if there would be cancellation fee due to moving out within 2years and they said no!
yesterday
I'd like the answer to this as well. I know I'm moving to a rural location in ~5 months and its likely the addess wont have rogers (TBD) so I want confirmation that I can cancel without fee if I can prove it's my address and there is no rogers cable internet service capable into the area (i'm happy to give them a heads up if they need to install a line). I'm happy to keep Rogers if they can provide the same service, but if its not the same than that should be clearly stated that moving and Rogers are unable to provide the service than they can cancel without fee.
