10 Days to Deliver a Cell?

The ad said, "Get your phone as soon as SAME DAY!  Some restrictions apply, and could be 1-2 business days. I am now at day 10 waiting on a new phone I needed to start my new job 2 days ago. How silly do I look telling my boss continually that I am still waiting on my phone to arrive, and I can not go into a store that I pass everyday, cause I have to wait for my delivery.

I can imagine the disappointment of not getting the device at the earliest. The same-day delivery is possible in your area and subject to stock availability. 

Have you received any emails since you ordered the device? Please look out for the email with the shipping and tracking details.
