Once again I am dealing with Rogers in a purely unprofessional manner. Theirs, not mine. When I signed up with a door to door sales person, I was told that when my promotion of under $50 a month was up, my standard rate for the package I was getting, would go up by just over $5 more. Having worked in the television and internet industry previously, I got it in writing and I had several neighbours who were present (helping build a deck) who can confirm. After the promotion, Rogers bumped me up to over $80. Of course. However, as I am not one to let things go, I held out to speak to a woman representing the office of the President at Rogers. It took some doing, but my understanding when we were done was that Rogers would honour the deal presented by their sales person. I received no notification that Rogers decided not to. So for several months I have been faithfully paying on time, the same amount. Then yesterday I got a message from Rogers that I am $233.61 past due on my account. The first notification of any kind via phone or internet. As I said, over several months I can not even get the office of the president to follow through. As I work now managing apartment buildings for several companies, I will be happy to ensure Rogers is no longer offered at any of them. Our tenants will understand why and I am sure Bell will be happy to service us. If you can't tell the truth from the very beginning so people can make informed choices to switch to your service, then don't bother going door to door. Adios!

is this a residential internet package, a tv package or a wireless phone package?
when you see your itemized bill, it should show you the Base Rate of your price plan and a promotional discount below it? are you saying that your base rate is $55 dollars and your discount is -$5 dollars but once your -$5 discount expired your price plan went up from $55 up to $80 dollars? thats quite a jump. can you please have a look at your bill and clarify what the BASE RATE of your plan is BEFORE any discounts are applied? and then check WHAT is your actual discount rate your getting? its got to be more than $5 hopefully.
