Is it possible to reset password for "incoming mail server"? (imap.shaw.ca.)

I have no recollection of PW

Welcome to our Community, and thank you for your post. Forgetting a password, especially an email password, can be untimely. IMAP password is the same as your webmail password. You can change your email password by following the instructions listed in the Shaw Support article. If further assistance is required, please chat with us.
