I understand that you may have had a credit balance with Shaw, prior to your migration over to Rogers Wireless, is that correct? I just have a few questions to better understand the situation:
- Was the credit balance due to an overpayment that you made?
- When did you migrate your mobile services over to Rogers?
- Did Shaw send you a final bill showing the credit balance?
- What was the amount of the credit balance?
