Shaw to Rogers Migration is a disaster

Loki22f
I've been around

A forced migration with that involves a temporary number, a hardcopy SIM mailout with no tracking, and total breakdown of cell service during the process.

Worse - I'm overseas. The customer 'service' team member I engaged with blamed me for not thinking this would happen after a merger.

2FA for banking will be impacted.  No ability to find out if a package has been mailed, or to where.  An absolute nightmare.

Greetings @Loki22f

A warm welcome to the Community and we're elated to have you on board with us! 🙌 I hope you're safe on your travels. I'm sorry to hear that the migration process has not been as seemless as you'd expect. This is most definitely not the experience we want you to be having. I have a few questions for you if you don't mind:

Did you happen to speak with our Shaw Deciated Migration Team?

When did start your migration journey?

Were you provided with your temporary number?

It generally takes 3-5 business days for you to receive a SIM card in all honesty. Once the SIM card has been shipped, you can expect an email along with a tracking number.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

RogersJo
