Is there a trick to transferring a SIM card number and e sim to my phone from Shaw to Rogers? I have tried and tried and it doesn’t work. They even sent me a new SIM card. Now I receive a message that I have put the SIM card in The wrong phone. I use my number for work. I have called Roger’s several times and gone in to the store and nobody can help. They tell me to wait for hours. I have. It doesn’t work. Everyone else switched within a few minutes. It has to be an issue with the two numbers. HELP. I am runni g out of time
