I swapped my sim card about a month late. Unsurprisingly, things such as voicemail don't seem to be working.
Is there any way I can request a list of calls and texts that have been made to the number over the past few months? There's no way Rogers doesn't have that.

Good day @CadoM ,
Thank you for being a part of our Rogers community and for posting your question. 🙂
When it comes to requesting the phone numbers and details of incoming calling or text messaging records, these can only be provided once a court order document has been presented to our Chief Privacy Officer. An access request can be made by e-mail at privacy@rci.rogers.com or by mailing a letter to the following address:

**Please note, a fee may apply for these types of requests and it may take 30 days for processing. Delays are possible during busier times.
For any outbound calls, you can find this information by logging into your MyRogers profile on https://www.rogers.com/ and view your detailed billing via pdf format. For outbound text messages, you can send your request by email or mail to the address provided above, or simply review your text message history on your device. Regretfully, we cannot provide the content contained in any text messages.
I hope this helps!
