Screen saver won’t stay on Animals

Ever since the last software update the Ignite TV screen saver keeps cycling between Animals and Entertainment when I have it set to Animals. Support has been clueless and useless.

-    Have you tried rebooting the set top box?
-    Is it happening on other boxes too?
-    Do you recall when this issue first began? Were any changes made to the TV settings?

Yes I’ve rebooted the box and I only have 1 box. Don’t recall exact date of the last update. Release version is 141.1.1, release timestamp 01/27/22 10:12am, STB timestamp 11/30/21 2:13:20am UTC.

Thanks so much for those additional details.

We have not been advised of any changes to the screen saver setup. Are there any other users in the Community that are noticing the same behaviour described by the OP?
