How to cancel Disney+ Promotion?

Hello. I have a Disney+ free promotion I want to cancel. I've gone to the "Manage Channels and Theme Packs" section of my services and don't see it there. Any advice, please?

Never mind; I found a link in an email and used that. I'll delete my post if I find that option.

Anyone else had luck cancelling their Disney+ on Rogers yet?  I want to go 'no ads', but now I can't get rid of the Rogers 'with ads version' and there is no option on Rogers to upgrade it.  Disney+ website offers no option to cancel it either, so it likely needs to be done via Rogers.

Any help appreciated and ty.

PS - Above link doesn't let me cancel although it shows it as an active sub.

What happens when you try to cancel the subscription through MyRogers? Is the option to cancel subscription greyed out? Or do you get an error when you try to cancel the subscription? 

We can also check the subscription status on our end, just send us a PM @CommunityHelps to get started.

I've sent a PM to CommunityHelps.  That said, I can't find the option to cancel the sub through Rogers.  Do you have a link you can share?  I've looked everywhere ...
