Digital NetBox PVR shows multiple times with same Serial Number

The HDPVR unit is showing multiple times in Rogers system (i.e. on same outlet# and on a different outlet#).  The issue started when a Rogers associate was trying to correct billing issue on Jan. 16th at 6:30pm.  We have not had any service since.  An Emergency Tech came to house on Wednesday afternoon.  He was Not able to resolve issue.  I found a PVR at a local store.  Husband drove to exchange PRV.  He installed it and same issue occured.  Multiple boxes in system with same S/N.  Escalated issue.  Advised it would take 24 to 48 hours.  It is now 48 hrs. and I was advised it is in progress and will take 3 - 5 business days!

Does anyone know how to get this resolve please?  Thanks for any assistance.
