CTV OnDemand hasn't been updated in well over a month. My DVR failed to record a show and I've been checking every few days ever since. Other channels seem to be updating fine, eg city, global. There's a an archived post from a few years ago mentioning the same thing. I wonder if this is an attempt to make me use the app. It's a lot more convenient for me to watch on the big screen from the DVR then on my phone. Support had no idea and filed a ticket.

I understand how frustrating it can be for the OnDemand feature to not be updating correctly. Are you noticing this issue happening for all the shows on CTV or is it just a specific show you are noticing not getting updated?
