Adding Sportsnet & TSN

Covergirl
I've been here awhile

I am an existing Shaw [and now sadly] Rogers customer and all I want to do is add Sportsnet and TSN back onto my tv package after a short hiatus because I see there is FA Cup football on tomorrow morning.
BUT I cannot find any way to do it.
It starts at 4am PST and the phone lines don't open until 9am.
I've tried the website I've tried the chatbot I've tried doing it via the tv listing on the tv.
I even logged into exfinity or whatever its called via my laptop.
NOTHING.. Neither Sportsnet nor TSN is listed ANYWHERE as an optional add on.
They aren't even listed among the supposed premium sports packages.
I am so sick of Rogers it makes me want to just give up and switch to Telus.
Anyone got any suggestions ?

Good morning @Covergirl,

Welcome to the Rogers Community! I truly hope you were able to successfully add the channels you needed to watch your favorite sport!

You should be able to add Sportsnet to your TV package through Pick & Pay or by subscribing to a bundle such as Sportsnet World, for example. It is also available via the Sportsnet app. The Sportsnet app offers live and on-demand sports talk, podcasts, and live games and customers can sign in to the app using their Shaw Direct credentials.

As Rogers Together with Shaw, our dedication and number one priority continues to be to you. The best way to contact us is to connect on Live Messaging straight through your device. Visit our Contact Us page for additional information.

Let us know if you have questions!

Hi Maude
Yeah I tried all those things. Turns out Sportsnet simply isn't offered as an add on channel on the Rogers webpage..
It's ONLY available if you speak to an agent. But I couldn't wait until the agents were available as I would have missed the very FA Cup soccer I was buying the channel to watch.
I got so fed up in the end I simply bought Sportsnet direct via their own website.
Turns out it was cheaper than via you guys AND provides much more coverage too.
So you lost $25 a month... but I'm delighted.
