I am writing about our building cable account. Kingsley Manor supplied through the Lions Club.
We recently had a fee increase and immediately afterwards, some of our channels were cut. Eg. 29 & 63.

Are you saying that your TV services incurred a rate increase? The only increase on TV services would have been to our Super Sports theme Pack which increased by $4.04/month. This was done in an effort to keep up with the ever-rising costs affecting our economy and to ensure we are able to offer our customers the best possible products and services. We are committed to delivering the best-connected experiences for our customers and continue to invest in our network to increase capacity, our technology and reliable service.
Since the new year, there have also been changes made to some of our channels. Some channels have been added or removed, some have moved to alternate channels, and some have been temporarily removed to undergo updates and enhancements, but should be automatically re-added. Can you please clarify which channels you are referring to?
