Smart home chime sound preview

I want to change the sound for my doors opening/closing but the play button next to them in the app to preview isn't working. I also don't see the ability to preview the sound on the TouchPad. Am I missing something or is it a known issue?

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums!

Thank you for posting your concerns about the chimes for the Smart Home Monitoring.

You can change the chimes for the touch screen by going to the Settings > Touch Screen > Sound Configuration > Hometone Configuration. Once changed you will need to open the door to trip the sensor to hear what the new chime will sound like.
