Compatible equipment

Can anyone tell me if there are options to use equipment from another provider eg I have TELUS cameras is there away to use those with the Rogers smart home monitoring

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums!

The Smart Home Monitoring system is only compatible with devices purchased from Rogers. We cannot guarantee that any devices purchased from other sources will work. 

Device purchased from previous Smart Home Monitoring customers would work but not from Telus or elsewhere.
