Camera has two solid red lights and shows as offline

I've tried resetting it but it made no difference.  Can I consider the camera dead?

How did you reset the camera? If you haven't yet tried to powercycle the camera by fulling unplugging the power, please try to do that.

If you're still not getting any green lights after a powercycle or if the power adapter is not accessible, we would have to send a tech out to investigate.
