What is the newest generation of TV box for Ignite?

My girlfriend just moved her Rogers Ignite TV to my place, but she's had Ignite since it first launched.  I know there have been multiple generations of wireless modem ... but I cannot find out if there have been generational upgrades to the TV box.  

Does anyone know if there have been hardware changes to the Ignite TV box since it launched, and if yes, how I can differentiate between the newer and older generation of each?

There has been only 2 revision of the set top box. Xi6-A ( Arris ) and Xi6-T ( Technicolor ), in that order.  Both operate the same and look the same.

There is no advantage for one over the other.
