Watching Ignite TV via browser on iPad

Hi Folks,

I've got an iPad currently running iOS 11 that I can't upgrade to 12 at the moment, and this means I cannot use the Ignite TV app.

When I access https://ignitetv.rogers.com in a browser on the iPad, it asks me to launch the app or to download the app if it isn't installed.

If I access https://ignitetv.rogers.com/ on a laptop, it redirects me to a sign in page where I'm able to log in without issue.

Is there a way for me to watch Ignite TV through the web on an iPad that cannot install the official Ignite TV app?

You can but you need to use a web browser on iOS that will allow you to request the Desktop version of a web page.  I have gotten https://ignitetv.rogers.com/ to work with Firefox and with Firefox Focus.
