Unable To Pair Remote - TV Manufacturer Code?

 unable to pain remote to my tv...says i need to look for tv manufactor code....says i should find it on rogers.com /ignite - remote-codes but i cant find that anywhere. any advice

Here's the link to the URC website. I'm assuming you have the XR15 remote.  Click on Setup and then find the code for your make/model of TV.  Follow the instructions.
