We had some upgrades in our neighborhood this week and ever since haven't been able to get any tv channels. Our apps and On Demand still work, but the regular channels won't load. Help please,

This is odd, especially because you haven't lost access to the channels via the app. Have you tried rebooting the Ignite set top box? If not, I would recommend you to do so.
