Was previously able to connect to ignite TV via my laptop. Have tried clearing cookies/cache, new browsers, etc and no luck. Now whenever I do, I get the above error message.
Have contacted Rogers MULTIPLE times and each agent tells me that they either don't have a solution or that nothing is wrong.
Any help would be useful since Rogers can't actually help with anything.

@shanesingh23 : Have you tried Incognito mode in Chrome or Private mode in Firefox or Edge? Not sure whether you've seen the following things to check list link, but there are lots of other possible problems like adblockers, other extensions, VPNs, etc.
If that doesn't work, you can PM the mods on this forum by clicking on @CommunityHelps while logged in.

Tried all of that. Unfortunately no dice.

I get the same error message when I have Nordvpn active on my laptop. If I stop it, the streaming is fine. This might help someone.

So exactly how am I supposed to watch my local channels when overseas if Ignite doesn't work over a VPN connection or outside of Canada?

@REDemers : You cannot using IgniteTV. You may be able to stream some of the channels using the internet remotely - this may require a subscription to the particular channel and some channels may use Geo-location to preclude foreign streaming as well. Some may work with a VPN, some may not.
You need to understand that many "broadcasters" (channels) have negotiated the rights to programming from the rights holders to "broadcast" in Canada, but those rights do not allow for "broadcasting" outside of Canada.
The only thing you can do with IgniteTV is use "download and go" before you leave on your trip outside of Canada. Some channels may not even be watchable when you're not connected to your home network inside Canada. The channels that do work when travelling inside Canada are listed in the IgniteTV app as "TV Go Channels"
