SportsApp on Ignite TV - How do you cancel a reminder?

Is there a way to cancel a notification that a sports team is playing?

Welcome to the Community! You can find more information on Favorites and Notifications here: https://www.rogers.com/customer/support/article/sportsapp-on-ignite-tv. Once you go to your favorites you can cancel the notifications. If for any reason that isn't working though you can remove and read the team to your favourites list.

I looked in saved-favourites and there were no favourites.

Thanks for giving that a try! Just to confirm, are you getting multiple notifications for different teams and games? Or is the issue only occurring with one specific team? 

Can you please try the following and let us know if it helps?

-Press the Rogers button on your Voice Remote.
-Use arrow buttons to highlight and select Settings. Press Ok.
-Use the arrow buttons to select Preferences. Press OK.  
-Use the arrow buttons to select Notifications. Press OK.  
-Select the desired notification to modify. Press OK to toggle the notification on or off.
-Press Exit to finish.

So all notifications are off then?  The problem is I see no way of removing reminders for washington capitals games which my son must've added.  What if I have Notifications that I want?

You should be able to cancel the Capitals team reminders this way:

1. Press the Microphone button and say "Washington Capitals"
2. When the Capitals pop-up appears, select "Schedule"
3. On the Washington Capitals Schedule page select "Capitals home"
4. On the Capitals home page, select "Reminder Options"
5. Click "Cancel Team Reminder"
