Reconnecting to WIFI after power brown out

This evening, we had a power brown out. All the TVs reconnected to WIFI, without intervention, except one required to select WIFI name and password.

What could be the reason that only one TV did not connect automatically?

Thanks in advance.

Are you running in a standard, Rogers-supported configuration (using the Ignite gateway and (optionally) Ignite Pods for Wi-Fi connectivity) or are you connecting your set-top boxes using your own networking gear?

If you are using external Wi-Fi access points, you need to ensure that you configure the same Wi-Fi credentials in the Ignite gateway that you are using in your own Wi-Fi gear.  If you do not and the STB's network connectivity gets disrupted, you will find your set-top boxes dropping off of Wi-Fi and then never being able to reconnect automatically.

Are you a new Ignite customer?  If so, did you have a problem with that set-top box not being able to connect to Wi-Fi or did it automatically connect to the network when you activated it?
