Playlists and my PC

I've been trying to look for the playlist creation menu as outlined here

On my PC browser, so I can log in, and play back all episodes of the same program back to back for consecutive watching.

I've been told this can only be done on the box.

If I create a Playlist on the box, can I access it on my browser/PC?

@akoroshi  As far as I know, Playlists are only currently available on the Ignite set-top box.  I do not use this feature, so I am not 100% confident in my answer, but after setting up a playlist on the STB, I could not find any way to play it on my computer or with the iOS Ignite TV app.

Why does Rogers do this
