New Voice Command Remote

I've been here awhile

Looking to possibly replace my remote as it's beginning to have some significant wear & tear.  Back button is cracked and direction pad is starting to wear through.  Just wondering how much a remote like that costs to replace.

As far as I know, Rogers will replace Ignite Voice Remotes free of charge.  To request a new remote, you can either contact support via Telephone or Chat or send a private message to @CommunityHelps .

I've been here awhile

I'm also looking to replace my XR15 Voice Remote, as the center and arrow buttons have holes in them.  I'd also like to purchase an extra remote if that's possible.  How do I do this?

Same thing happened to me. I went to my nearest service center and they fixed me right up. I believe a replacement is around $25 should you want an addtional replacement The first one would be at no charge.

I tried calling 3 Fido stores this morning. 2 didn’t answer the phone, one did. They advised me to phone customer service at 1-888-764-3711, so I did and first selected Technical support.  I followed the prompts to speak with a person to explain that I have 2 XR 15 remotes that are damaged and need to have them replaced. The representative said that she will have 2 new replacements sent and I should receive them within 2-4 business days. She’s also preparing a return shipping label which I will use to send the old ones back, through Purolator. That label should come through email within 2 days. I will have 30 days to return the old ones. While on the call she sent an email with a link titled “How to use your Rogers Xfinity Voice Remote. Program & Pair” which explains how to set it up. She also advised that if I would like to order an extra remote at any time, just call this same customer service number.  The price is $25 each. I gave her my cell number to receive texts of the delivery status for the 2 replacements. While on the call and before processing the order, I was asked to accept Rogers new voice recognition terms, as a means of securely identifying me in future, which I was happy to do.
