Hi there,
Has anyone with multiple Ignite TV boxes seen on MyRogers duplicate boxes listed? I have a total of 3 boxes in my household, but it shows that I have a total of 5 boxes. Boxes 4 and 5 are the same MAC and Serial numbers of boxes 2 and 3.
People internally can only see that I have a total of 3 boxes and I am only billed for the 2 additional rentals, but MyRogers is showing the 2 duplicate boxes and I can’t seem to figure out why it’s showing that.
Wondering if I’m the only one.
Anyone with multiple boxes able to check and report back here?

Thank you for posting your concerns to the community.
I can imagine how strange it is to see duplicate Ignite Entertainment Boxes on your account. Can you confirm where you are seeing the additional boxes? Is it when you sign into your MyRogers profile or are you seeing this when signing into the Ignite TV app/Website?
