Our building had lobby watch when we had cable. When we upgraded to xfinity our lobby watch was not available. I talked to a technician and was told that as soon as they found the signal they could set it back up on s channel. This has been over two years and no luck. Any ideas ?

@rhainer : As mentioned in the thread link provided by @Biollw , there are several different ways that this can be handled. For example there may be an app for a device like a phone or tablet, or there may be a website, or there may be an app for the provider, etc. Anyone having issues, needs to contact their building management to find out if and how their lobby camera works for their particular MDU.

Updates? Do you mean since I wrote the post above yours a week ago? Please read that post and then contact the building management responsible for where your Senior Mom lives. Ask them if and how lobby camera works in that building.
