Ignite app won’t show guide or recordings on app only. Tv box works fine. Tried on multiple devices and seen other on people posting on twitter similar issue

Same issue is back this morning, I was watching a recorded movie, and then randomly, it redirect to the login page (nothing new, happen often), after login I got a "Ignite TV is not available at the moment. Please try back soon. (Error TVAPP-00115)" error message, tried several time keep getting this error and forced relogin.
Why do we need to relogin everytime there's an error? Why can't the site just read our login/password info from the browser's cookie?
Edit: it came back working again about 15 minutes later.
