Ignite TV remote?

what is the best remote?
I was provided with the XR 15 V2 model
I find I have to press really hard on each button, which aggravates some tendinitis from too much typing.
And it’s impossible to see in the dark…
Any suggestion?

A lot of people also dislike the XR15. Me as well. I have all XR11, just purchased two more from ebay. My MIL/FIL both had XR15s with their install and I replaced them both with Xr11.

You can also get a large button remote

Thank you but not a good answer: I switched to Ignite TV to cut my bill.... And yet again you are telling me to buy more stuff - simply bk Rogers too cheap to provide a reasonable remote vs. bottom of the barrel . ??

Pls. forward comment upstream.

You are about to loose a customer - upset and not satisfied. On top of: a customer service rep. who tried to sneak on me a 2 year contract without telling me. Luckily I called back (more time!) to double check and sure enough...

Pathetic.

Instead of using your fingers to press the buttons, try placing a pen, pencil, marker, or cell phone rubber-tipped stick, with the flat end pointing downwards, in the palm of your hand. Wrap your fingers around the pen, so that your palm is closed and the pen is secure.

You can then press the buttons of the XR-15 with the pen. You can even use a downward-stabbing motion. Fun for the whole family.

To see in the dark, use a small flashlight.

Disclaimer: Rogers does not approve of violently stabbing any of its equipment.
