I have a Bluetooth speaker that is only paired with the Ignite TV box and vice-versa. Over the past many months, when I turn on the Bluetooth speaker, the ignite box auto-connects to it. Starting a couple of weeks ago, this no longer happens. I need to go into the audio setting and click on the speaker and it connects. I have reset and re-paired the box and speaker but no change. It seems like a firmware update or something doesn't support the auto-connect anymore. Any suggestions here? Thanks in advance.

I have similar issue, I have Bluetooth headphones and a Bluetooth dongle for non-Bluetooth headphone, both stop connecting several months ago, no matter how many time I reset and try connecting again. Since then, due to my appartement building setup (non-soundproof walls), i have to use my laptop to watch live cable and recordings with wired headphones. At this point, I'm thinking about trying a HDMI to Bluetooth adapter.

Experienced the same issue with BT Headphones. The eventual solution was a reboot of the Ignite Set Top Box to restore Auto-reconnect. Rogers tech support asked that I request an escalation if/when the issue recurs..
