Why am I paying monthly fees for ignite tv when it only works for 10 minutes at a time before it freezes and blacks out? I’ve unplugged and plugged EVERYTHING, tv box, tv. I don’t know how many times I’ve restarted gateway. The internet works fine on the computer and my iPad but we’ve stopped trying to watch the tv. This has been going on for days. Every once in a while it will actually work FOR A WHOLE DAY….but that’s becoming the exception. I’ve noticed that there are several posts like mine…maybe it’s time to switch to Bell.
