Ignite Download and Go

If I set a channel to record at home, once the recording is complete can I download the recording in a European country in the ignite app on my phone and watch it or is there licence restrictions.

You need to download any programming before leaving.  It's called Download and Go, not Go and Download.  😉

Just to be clear, you cannot stream programming outside of Canada and you can only stream the TV Go channels outside your home in Canada.  Yes, these are rights issues.

Bell allows for streaming outside for some programming and they have either purchased those rights or ignore the rights holder restrictions.
